- 1. What Is An Autoresponder? -

- An autoresponder is similar to a fax on demand system. Your prospect sends you an e-mail to your mail account (you@auto-responders.net) or fills out a form on your website.
The system stores your prospects information, sends them a reply immediately, followed by a sequence of e-mails. The interval between emails is determined by you.
This means that you sales messages are working for you 7 days-a-week 24 hrs a day.

- Not at all. In fact you will find that our system is by far the easiest to use of any autoresponder available.
There is an easy web based control panel that allows you to customize the system. It is all menu driven and there is detailed help available each step of the way. If you run into any difficulties, customer support is just an email away.

- 5. How Many Messages Are Avaiable Per Autoresponder? -

- PRO account holders have 31 messages, whilst FREE account holders only have 14 messages.
In both cases, message #1 goes out immediately someone subscribes to your autoresponder, and the others (30 or 13) go out at a pre-determined time, decided by you.

- 6. Which Autoresponder - TEXT or HTML? -

- When you setup a FREE account you choose which type of autoresponder you are going to have (TEXT or HTML).
When you upgrade from a FREE account to PRO, or purchase a PRO account directly, you can toggle your autoresponder mode between TEXT and HTML using the "Change Responder Type" link in the Control Panel.
You can also send Broadcast E-mails to your subscribers in either TEXT or HTML. This facility is only available to PRO account holders.

- 7. Can I Personalize My Messages? -

- Absolutely, you can have the system automatically enter the prospects first name, last name, e-mail, date, etc.. or both in the subject line of your response or anywhere in the body of the message. You place "tags" in the message just like mail-merge works in a word processor system.
This feature alone will explode the response you get from your marketing.

- There are 2 methods.
1) Your prospects can send a blank e-mail to your autoresponder e-mail address.
2) Request information from a form on your web site. It's easy to set up, and we provide you with all the HTML code to paste to your site. Everything else is automatic.

- 12. What Is The Demographics Feature? -

- By asking certain questions/promts in your sign up form, for example, if the prospect is male or female and which country they live in. This information will then be stored in your database.
When sending a Broadcast Email you can choose whether you send to your active subscribers(those currently receiving follow-ups), all subscribers (active & archived) or demographically.
Choosing the demographic option will enable you to target a specific group of people. In the example above, you could email all males in the USA, or all females in Sweeden.
This is a very powerful tool which enables you to target your products to a specific sector, thus increasing your sales and hence profits!

- 13. What Is Ad Tracking And Why Would I Want It? -

- You can set up an unlimited number of tracking URL's or links, that can be placed in your email messages.
Enter the destination URL and the system automatically generates a unique tracking code that you place in your messages instead of the destination URL. The number of click through's each URL receives will then be counted and stored on the system.
This is an invaluable tool to gauge the response to any promotions you run in your messages.
